I can get one just as shown in the link below except NIB. Blue, wood, for $50-.

Any known issues with this model? I'm thinking I should get it but wanted to hear from an owner or two first. I like the way it looks like a Raven P-25 on steroids.

No personal experience here, but if I was posting, it would read "I got one just as shown in the link below, for $50. Did I get a good deal?" _________________ I have faith in the arms of totalitarian regimes: they rely on them as their only means of survival. |

These are exceptional examples of SNS ergonomics. Aside from the steroid use, they have great balance, smooth function, low recoil and take .380 mags if you have trouble finding extra .32's.
Mine shoots straight, too. I like it a lot.

You won't regret it John. You'll like shooting this one. And $50 is a great price. I have the .380, and the price of ammo is the only reason ai don't shoot it much. Very accurate, and reliable. Last year there was a G&A article where editor Patrick Sweeney shot a clover-leaf group with one, and (almost) changed his mind about SNS.
BTW..I have almost two complete P-32's...just missing the frames. someday I'll actually hunt one down. _________________ "... laws were most numerous when the commonwealth was most corrupt." -- Tacitus |

The P-32 was my first Davis gun. I have both the P-32 and P-380.
I've seen a couple of them balk on American ammo. One example recently at the range was instantly "cured" by loading Sellier & Bellot ammo into the magazine. That is the ammo I use in mine. The only downside to these is that you might want to wear a hat while shooting. The empties go straight up, then back just enough to land right on your forehead! Or down the front of your shirt....hot hot hot! Oh yeah, and some keyhole at 15 yards. They'll hit the target just fine, but go through sideways.
Sort of a scaled-up Raven, the P-32 was Jim Davis' first gun offering. It was his best seller until he brought out the .380 version. Below is a photo of mine.

John, where are you finding one of these at such a good price? I'm in the market for a Davis/Cobra. Is it a store in NH? _________________ NRA Life member since 2009. (Eventually, this will look impressive.) |

Picked up the P-32 today for $70- OTD, not sure why I thought it was $50-. Ordered five spare factory magazines which should be here early next week and then it's off to the range!
Best deal I've found on the net for factory P-32 magazines @ $15- each delivered.

Oh.........also had to adopt another NIB J-22 today. I really need to stop buying J-22's

Once again, I'm convinced that I moved to the wrong northern corner of the country, henceforth, for brevity: WNCOTC. Based on the ME/NH contingent's recent posts, I expect to be using this acronym frequently _________________ I have faith in the arms of totalitarian regimes: they rely on them as their only means of survival. |
