I call the story as B.S.

The gun may have fired the first round by being set down (or more likely dropped) onto the counter. The gun would not have cycled another round after that first shot. Not enough mass in those little slides to cycle on their own without something there to hold onto the gun firmly.

Poor story by the people that got shot, but I am willing to bet that the invesigators won't pick up on it. They will blame the pistol, and Jimenez will get a notice of a lawsuit here shortly...... Mad
